At Pratha, we’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is as delightful as our curated ethnic wear collections.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Easy Returns: Return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refund Process: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection, credited to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For damaged or incorrect items, we arrange pickup at no cost.
    • For other returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

International Orders

  • Returns & Refunds: Accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Duties & Taxes:
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred while returning items internationally.
    • Even if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Refunds processed within 10-12 business days after inspection, credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items without tags or in used/damaged condition

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@pratha.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.
  4. We’ll notify you once the return is received and your refund is processed.
